Nice, Amazing location, ample parking, value for the price. Btw, very family friendly.
-
The views and rooms were good, but the restaurant staff was the best part. Many thanks to receptionist...
The hotel needed a refurb.

Suitable place for a 2-night stay. Good location, Connemara airport was 12 miles away.

Location, food and general ambiance
We would prefer duvets on the bed

The reception, location, staff and ambience was lovely. There was a lovely playground for younger children. The background and scenery was beautiful especially for a wedding We did enjoy our stay as it was very brief and we loved the bar food, it was excellent.
There was a very dated games room in which none of the games were working and the pool table were short of a few balls. I have a 9 yr old who was too old for the play ground and who didn't play tennis but Thank God loved swimming. There was no air-conditioning and we were too warm in the room as we had to close the curtains because of the wedding party which was right beside us. Hence we got no sleep. Not complaining as this couldn't be avoided.

We were attending a family wedding. The staff were lovely and the food was excelleant.
But for the price of the family room it was very expensive compared to other hotels in galway. The view was beautiful. But the rooms really need a update it was cramped for a family room and bathroom was very small. It was just a pity about the rooms and the price it is in a lovely location.

Great location/view. Lovely light, airy reception/lounge area with fireplaces, sofas, newspapers etc. Both bar food and restaurant good. Swimming pool and hot-tub great, clean, well-maintained.
TV was old box type - no flat screen!

Staff were absolutely magnificient. couldnt hve been more pleasant or helpful. I had to leave at 5am and the night porter insisted on bringing me a tray of breakfast before I left the hotel.quality and quantity of the food in the bar the previous night was tops. The rooms was very clean and comfortable and had a great view. The spa and hot tub out in the moonlight was gorgeous and we wernt bothered by staff who were close to closing up , rushing us out.
Getting settled into the room after a long journey I was sleeping on the bed when staff knocked on the door asking if I would like chocolates.
-
Very comfortable room, friendly and efficient staff, excellent dinner, comfortable bar and lounge areas, splendid sea view, calm and relaxed atmosphere.
-
We had a fantastic time and were looked after like royalty
-
The smiles on the faces of the staff, not one sour face to be seen.
-
I loved the late breakfast - served until 11.00 a.m., and the food in the restaurant is great.
I had stayed at this hotel before and I was disappointed this time with the leisure centre. Some of the facilities were not working during my stay and, generally, the leisure centre needs a facelift.

Piano Music
I did not like the room I stayed in you charge 4* prices for very adequate accommodation. Our Room was very ordinary. I had the worse Chowder ever it was full of cheap fish with too many veg.

The hotel was lovely and clean, food excellent
On arriving at the hotel the member of staff that greeted me an dmy husband was not very nice, she was very abrupt. We were then awoke in the middle of the night by a fire alarm going off, nobody contacted us to say everything was ok or even to apologise the next morning when we checked out

The friendliness of the staff and how helpful they all are. The restaurant food was excellent - particularly the vegetarian risotto.
